The guest house has 5 letting rooms, all with en-suite facilities. A guest lounge is available at all times. For those wishing to sample our excellent home cooking, dinner is served at about 6:30 each evening.  Having a table licence enables us to serve alcohol.

In addition to our normal menu, we can provide a good selection of special diet and vegetarian menus. The guest house is located about 400 metres from the centre of the village, overlooking the village church. The house is set well back from the main road, adjacent to the Spa Pavilion Gardens. Off road parking is available for guests.

The house was originally set in the Pavilion Gardens, hence the name "The Garden House".

Set in ¾ acre grounds and gardens this house is of late Victorian vintage, built around the turn of the century.  Within walking distance of Strathpeffer's centre, Inver Lodge has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with high standards of accommodation and service.

Although modernised to provide optimum levels of comfort, the interior still retains many original features, including open log fires in beautifully furnished surroundings.

White Lodge is one of the oldest remaining buildings (Listed Building category B) in Strathpeffer. It is situated just off the charming main square in the small Victorian spa village of Strathpeffer.

The Lodge was built in 1770 long before the Victorian era brought its architectural style and influence to the village which gives this small intimate settlement its charm and elegance. Both have en suite facilities; centrally heated throughout and a lounge is available. Private car parking is also provided. The White Lodge has attained the Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star Quality Assured rating.
